A group of diverse LGBTQ folx embrace

Compassionate and inclusive therapy for LGBTQ+ communities.

A space to unmask, reduce anxiety, and learn how to live with pride.

Online and in person in California and Washington.

You don’t have to feel disconnected from yourself
and the life you want to live.

Are you struggling to figure out your identity, be seen, and live your life authentically? Does the desire to be yourself bring feelings of anxiety, low self-esteem, and isolation

You want to stop feeling empty and disconnected. You want to feel comfortable in your own skin and live with purpose

It takes work to love yourself and trying to assert your identity can feel overwhelming. Feelings of low self-esteem and shame may be unconscious as a result of existing in a world that unjustly marginalizes you.

Anxiety, low self esteem and depression might show up for you as…

  • Masking or shrinking yourself in social, familial, and/or professional spaces

  • Maintaining toxic relationships for the sake of “connection” or avoiding relationships altogether

  • Reliving trauma, whether from your past or through day to day microaggressions

  • Feeling isolated and excluded due to homophobia, transphobia, or gender-role stereotyping by others

  • Experiencing internalized homophobia as a result of systemic programming, lack of representation, oppression and heteronormativity

Your unique story deserves to be  explored,  told, and  lived.

With therapy…

You will stop living in the shadows of expectations projected onto you, be able to set healthy boundaries and create meaningful relationships with yourself and others. Together we’ll explore your identity, your values, increase your self awareness and build confidence to create connection and transform your life.

Inclusive and affirmative therapy celebrates the diversity and uniqueness you have to offer as a person and part of the LGBTQ+ community.

In therapy you will identify harmful internalized messages, rewrite the narratives and build resiliency in the face of injustice. You will experience support in identifying the stressors in your life caused by the things you can’t control - heterosexism, homophobia, transphobia, systemic and cultural hostility so you can build relationships that are authentic, intimate and more connected.

You can…

  • Build the tools to reduce anxiety, depression and shame

  • Increase your self esteem and self confidence

  • Help you connect with yourself and others authentically

  • Identify the values congruent with the life you want to live

  • Set healthy boundaries that uphold your values

Rewrite the narrative and discover the confidence that’s already within you.
